A bequest is a way of making a gift to a cause or an issue that you feel passionate about.

They can have immediate or long term benefits.

It is important to name a cause with a preference for an organisation as this will allow your wishes to be better carried out. This would cover any changes to society or government that may occur between you making your will and when the bequest is made.
