What I enjoy most about working at Rasch Leong: I enjoy helping clients achieve their objectives in the various matters in which they require my/our legal services. I also enjoy working in a small friendly team that is similarly client focussed.
When I’m not working I love I run around after and provide taxi services for my 3 kids. And when the time allows I love to eat good food, cook, travel and run marathons.
Some free advice: Live each day as if it is your last. You never know what is around the corner!
What inspires me/gets me up in the morning: The ability to make a positive contribution to our clients lives by successfully helping them to achieve their goals.
What I’ve learnt being in the Legal Profession for more than 30 years: Honesty, integrity and collegiality are core essentials for being a good Lawyer.
What I feel Rasch Leong brings to the table that no other law firm does: Our point of difference is “us” Ramona and I. We try to build relationships and care for our clients. Hopefully we earn their trust through our dealings with them.

What I’ve learnt being in the Legal Profession for more than 30 years: My personal and professional life experiences have a cascading effect – no big splashes just small incremental droplets that add up, I hope, to compassion and wisdom.
What inspires me/gets me up in the morning: Helping people with their ‘unmet needs’.
What I feel Rasch Leong brings to the table that no other law firm does: We recognise the individual – you are unique – we are unique. One size does not fit all.
